wally set up the camera. the roommates already 20's in ellicott city. police say the man came in and installed a hidden camera and came back multiple times to move the camera into different positions. >> women have not been able to identify the suspect for us. our investigators have done research into contractors and maintenance workers and some of those -- and none of those leads have panned out. >> no sign of forced entry. anyone with information should call howard county police. back to you. >> two baltimore police officers face criminal charges of this morning for allegedly attacking a suspect in police custody. marinos gialamas and anthony

williams face several accounts. the charges were filed after a yearlong investigation. both men have been suspended with pay. >> jury deliberations could happen as soon as today appeared the defense rested its case yesterday. they contend their clients were trying to control the rowdy crowd falling to a basketball win over duke. they face second-degree assault charges in the beating of john mckenna. the man accused of beating his grandparents is back in baltimore. police say he used a knife to kill his grandparents inside their home last month. the couple was found after a neighbor went to check on them.

the federal reserve bank in new york are speaking out this morning. hallie jackson joins us live with the latest on the story. what we hearing this morning? >> the father of the suspect has called his son a gentle man and said he spent all of this savings to send his son here to america to study. the intention was to killing president obama after selling on his -- before settling on his intended target. he was arrested on wednesday after police say he was plotting this thing with members of the fbi's joint terrorism task force. tomorrow, diplomats from bangladesh will meet with diplomats to talk about the plot and what happened. >> tell us about his time here

how much rain did we receive? the green areas come anywhere from a third of an inch to about an inch. close to an inch of rain or maybe more in carroll county and howard county. for some of you who like a damp garden, it did well for you. you can see the effects of the cooler air. mostly in the 50's with the light green shades. the front is moving to the east. tend back tox the great lakes. the heavier rains have moved into new york state and parts of new jersey.
